Please note that processing time may vary depending on stock availability and product customization, if applicable.
Shipping Methods and Timelines
We ship through trusted logistics partners to guarantee secure and timely delivery. Standard delivery timelines are between 7 to 15 business days, although this may vary depending on your location and product availability. In case of any unavoidable delays, our team will notify you promptly.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location, the product type, and the weight or size of the consignment. Any applicable charges will be displayed at the time of checkout, prior to confirming your order.
Delivery Coverage
Senzen Energy Private Limited delivers to most major cities and towns across India. If your location is not serviceable by our logistics partners, our support team will connect with you to discuss the nearest delivery point or make alternative arrangements for delivery.
Tracking Your Order
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. This will allow you to track your shipment status online until the order successfully reaches your doorstep.
Delivery Attempts
Our logistics partners will make attempts to deliver your order at the provided address. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, additional re-delivery charges may apply.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order is received in a damaged condition or with missing items, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery. You will need to provide photographs or videos as proof. Our team will investigate the issue and offer a suitable resolution such as replacement, repair, or compensation in line with our company policy.
International Shipping
At present, Senzen Energy Private Limited only ships within India. International shipping services are not available.

Refund and Returns Policy
We are delighted that you have chosen Senzen Energy Private Limited and look forward to enjoying your first AC. Please note that this policy is applicable only to customers who have placed their order directly on our official website: https://www.senzenenergy.com/
In case of a refund, the customer must notify us within 2 days of receiving the shipment. Once the verification process is completed, we will initiate the refund. The refund amount will be credited to the customer’s original payment account (source account) within 7–8 working days.
**The returns and refund policy applies only to customers who have placed their orders online through https://www.senzenenergy.com/ . Customers who purchased from retail outlets or other e-commerce platforms will not be eligible for option 2 outlined in the section below.
Cancellation before shipment
Orders placed through retail outlets or third-party e-commerce platforms will not be eligible for option 2 as mentioned in this policy.
Cancellation post shipment
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, you may write to our customer support team at customercare@senzenenergy.com with the subject line “Cancellation of Order – <<Order Number>>” and include the reason for cancellation in the body of your email. Once the order has been dispatched, however, cancellation is not permitted.
Damaged, defective item, or wrong product delivered
All Fleeto products undergo a strict quality inspection process before leaving our facility. In the unlikely event that a product is damaged during shipment, defective, or if an incorrect item has been delivered, you may request a replacement. To do so, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product by writing to customercare@senzenenergy.com . An unboxing video showing the issue is mandatory for validation. Additionally, if the outer box is damaged or tampered with, it is essential to mention this in the delivery challan. Upon acknowledgment of the issue by our service team, a replacement for the affected part(s) will be arranged within 05-08 working days.
Please note that returns or replacements for accessories are not applicable, except in cases of fitment issues or any other problem confirmed by our service team.
